We have created this website to acquaint you with Cherne Contracting. As you explore our website you will see references to Performance Driven Construction. This means many things to us. It means only undertaking work that we can execute with excellence. It means taking responsibility for things within our control. It means measuring our performance against industry and internal benchmarks. In brief, it means being focused on adding value rather than volume.

Typically, we have four or five projects underway at one time with construction values ranging from $5 million to over $200 million. Having only a few projects underway at any time allows us to ensure that every job is completed to our client's satisfaction. By hiring Cherne a client gets the best of both worlds -- the breadth of services, experience, and capabilities to undertake large, complex industrial projects along with the entrepreneurial orientation only available from a smaller contractor.
