We generally recruit our site managers from among our
existing staff or from craft personnel who have significant experience working
for us in other capacities. We will
consider outside candidates with directly related experience in similar
industrial construction projects. A
minimum of 15 years of industrial construction experience is needed, with at
least eight years of increasingly responsible management positions. Experience in all disciplines of
construction that we perform is preferred, i.e. piping, civil/structural,
electrical and instrumentation.
